Preparing for Christmas

Steph and I were so excited for Christmas. The day after thanksgiving we went out and bought our own Christmas tree and put light on it. We decided to go with a real one because Steph had not had a real one in a long time and we hoped it would make our apartment smell christmasy. It was a fun thing to do. We enjoyed christmas activites by decorating cookings, making tons of ornaments by hand, and watching christmas movies together. One thing that we will keep for years to come are the beautiful stockings that Steph made for us. (I have the greatest wife) Although we would not be spending christmas here on christmas day we decided to celebrate christmas together the day before we went to Illinois. We woke up early and opened stocking and had a wonderful time. Stephanie make me so happy!
